I'm Rachael, the face behind IAM Raw Crystal Candles.
At 50, I tried yoga for the first time and was immediately hooked. It was a space where I felt completely accepted just as I was, without any pressure to look a certain way or be a specific shape or size. Six months later I decided to pursue a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Nikki Ralston - The Ralston Method, to deepen my understanding of this beautiful practice.
During my training, I began incorporating meditation into my daily routine. Meditation provided me with a space to connect with my higher self and inner wisdom, allowing my conscious mind to take a back seat and slow down. This created opportunities for creativity and inspiration to flow freely. During this period, I received visual imagery and creative insights that motivated me to create a collection of candles with purpose and meaning. This initiative marked the beginning of IAM Raw Crystal Candles and the Chakra Series. Since then, we have revamped the Chakra Series, expanded our candle range, and introduced other beautiful products.
Our name, IAM Raw Crystal Candles, reflects our core mission: to encourage, uplift, and inspire. Through the use of affirmations, we aim to remind people of their inherent greatness. We incorporate raw crystals for their holistic and metaphysical properties, as each crystal emits a unique frequency and vibration that promotes well-being and balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. These crystals can help calm and soothe, enhance mental clarity, and reduce stress and anxiety. When used intentionally, crystals serve as powerful tools for mindfulness and self-care. Additionally, the oils in our candles are carefully chosen not only for their delightful aromas but also for the positive feelings they evoke. And so it is.
