The Chakra Crystal Set includes seven raw chakra crystals: Amethyst, Sodalite, Blue Lace Agate, Green Aventurine, Tiger's Eye, Orange Calcite, and Red Jasper. It also features a Clear Quartz crystal, which amplifies the energy of the other crystals, balances the chakras, and aids in manifesting your intentions. Additionally, the set comes with a Palo Santo stick for cleansing and removing negative energy, as well as Chakra cards for each of the seven chakras. These cards provide a brief description of each chakra along with an aligned affirmation.

In Sanskrit, chakra translates to spinning wheel or disc. The seven main chakras are positioned along the midline of the body from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. These spinning discs of energy interact with the physical body and correlate with different organs, endocrine glands and nerve cells. Each chakra is represented by different colours and symbols; elements, mantras, and is associated with particular parts of the body. When the chakras are open, energy can pass through them easily, creating harmony and balance.

Red Jasper is considered by some cultures to symbolise the blood of the earth. It is said to help stimulate the Root chakra and balance energy levels. A grounding and protective crystal bringing courage, tranquility, wholeness and believed to strengthen personal boundaries.

Orange Calcite is considered the crystal of wisdom. It is believed to be highly energising and cleansing, encourages creativity, promotes joy and positivity, and heals both physical and emotional ailments.

Tiger Eye is considered the crystal of protection. By harnessing the energy of Tiger Eye, you will stay centred and grounded, have increased inner strength and self-confidence, enhanced creativity, willpower, and motivation. The revitalising energy of Tigers Eye allows you to live boldly and freely.

Green Aventurine is considered a heart healer and comforter. Releases negative energy and past hurts, soothes strong emotions and reduces fear and stress. Attracts luck and abundance.

Blue Lace Agate is considered a crystal of communication, encouragement and support. Its blue crystal energy helps to open and clear the throat and encourages the expression of thoughts and feelings. Its healing energy will nurture and soothe, bringing a sense of peace and tranquillity into your life, and neutralise feelings of anger.

Sodalite is considered to be a highly spiritual crystal. It enhances connection to your intuition and the development of psychic abilities. Sodalite soothes the mind and provides mental clarity and enhances: wisdom, truth, intuition, clarity of thought, emotional balance, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.

Amethyst is considered a protective crystal with a high spiritual vibration. Its soothing energy calms the mind and relieves stress, comforts sadness and grief, activates spiritual awareness and intuition, and improves motivation. 

Clear Quartz is considered the master healer and increases the energy of other crystals. It provides balance to the chakras and emotions, helps heal body, mind and spirit, uplifting lower vibrations of pain and suffering. Assists with manifesting intentions.

Crystal Care It is important to cleanse and charge your new crystals regularly. For hard crystals, place them under running water, visualising all negative energy being washed away and the crystal being re-energised. You can also use burning Palo Santo to remove negative energy, or place the crystal in the sun or moonlight for a few hours, provided it’s not a crystal that will fade in the sun. Take care not to focus the rays where they could start a fire.
